Take some time to think about what you’ll need. The time of day your meeting or presentation is may determine what kind of catering you need. We do morning and afternoon tea, as well as hot and cold breakfast catering for morning meetings. For lunch events, we have a variety of lunch catering packages, including sandwiches, salads and lunch combos. If you’re doing an all-day event, then you’ll need several catering packages throughout the day to keep your meeting attendees well fed and able to concentrate on the work at hand.

Consider the tastes of the meeting attendees. Our lunch combos offer a variety of international flavours. If you know your visiting client favours curry, pasta or Moroccan cuisine, then we have the appropriate lunch combo. They’ll be flattered that you took the extra step.

If you can, check with your meeting attendees in advance to find out about dietary restrictions and food sensitivities. The last thing you want is for someone to be unable to eat any of the lunch catering laid out before them. With our vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free offerings, we have something for everyone. 20% of our sandwich platters are vegetarian options, but if more than 20% of your meeting attendees are vegetarians, you’ll need to let us know so that we can customize your order accordingly. A quick e-mail to your team in advance can prevent an unexpected shortage. It doesn’t take much effort and they’ll appreciate your consideration.
